Vicious talk

being talked about in an non-discrete way when you are there to witness it is not good, it is tantamount to bullying.  When the person saying it is saying outright lies makes it even worse.  I sat there today and kept quiet because I’m not vindictive and to respond would have been unprofessional, however talking like that is very hurtful and ill mannered.  I was glad when finishing time arrived so that I cod leave that shit at the door.  I love my work but this woman is really starting to rub me up the wrong way.  This is very hurtful and it needs to stop, however having a line manager who believes all the crap that this woman spouts is frustrating because it encourages favouritism, a hierarchy of workers and lack of trust amongst colleagues.
